Refunds
We now offer a 14-day refund on any item purchased. Please ensure the team is notified within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. This applies to sale items bought online only; in-store sale items remain non-refundable. For a refund to be processed, items must be in perfect condition with all original labels attached. To log your refund online, please log in to your account, view your recent orders, and follow the steps to request a return. If an item is outside the 14-day period, please email returns@crowberrywood.com.
Faulty item
Whilst we aim to provide the highest quality for all our customers from time to time, they maybe be certain issues, so we will offer a replacement or full refund if at any point you are dissatisfied with any of our products. We request they are returned to Crowberry Wood LTD, Longlands Hall, Ryton, Malton, North Yorkshire, Yo17 6RZ. Please list your reasons for the return and our team will be in touch.

Postal issues
Like the Weather in Yorkshire, we cannot control everything, that being said we will always go the extra mile to try to correct any issues. When requesting your purchase is posted please make sure you provide as many details as possible, i.e., Name, Address, a phone number for delivery drivers and instructions of a safe place to leave a parcel if you’re not going to be in. It has been known for us to jump in the car before!
